Agreement
By using Ikoi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Ikoi is a local-first productivity app for iOS, iPadOS, and Android that helps you manage tasks, quick captures, and routines. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Accounts
You can use Ikoi without an account. An optional account, created with Apple, Google, or email, lets you sync across devices and use AI features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and free tier
The free tier includes a limited number of active tasks and captures. Premium, available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, unlocks unlimited items, higher AI limits, and additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and are set through Apple's App Store pricing.
AI features
AI features are optional and off until you enable them. AI generates draft suggestions that may be incomplete or wrong, so you are responsible for reviewing anything it produces before relying on it. AI use is subject to daily limits that depend on your plan. Do not submit unlawful or abusive content to the AI.
Your data
You own your data. Ikoi stores it locally and, if you sign in, syncs it to your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Use Ikoi for its intended purpose: personal task management. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the app, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, scrape or overload our servers, or otherwise disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
Ikoi, including its design, code, and pixel art assets, is protected by copyright. The "Sprout Lands" sprite artwork is by Cup Nooble and is used under license.
Limitation of liability
Ikoi is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including lost data, missed deadlines, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or misuses the service. You can stop using Ikoi and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of Ikoi after a change constitutes acceptance.
